At Factorial, we're seeking a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help elevate our company to the next level.
The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. The role involves acting as a consultant for existing customers, increasing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their processes and issues, and identifying product improvements and upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to foster engagement and share product updates.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients' needs and goals, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Identify upsell opportunities to add value and ensure client satisfaction.
* Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decision-making and develop action plans for each client.
* Recognize trends and potential issues, reporting them proactively and helping to improve customer journeys and our product.
* Collaborate with teams such as Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet company goals.
* Demonstrate strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
* Be tech-savvy and comfortable with SaaS environments (preferred).
* Manage customer portfolios (B2B) with at least 1 year of experience.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills and empathy.
* Be proficient in Spanish and English, with the ability to multitask, solve problems, and work well in a team.
* Be proactive and suggest new ideas.
* Experience handling churn cases and upselling is required.
* Work with KPIs and metrics to measure success.
