Job Description
Salesforce Developer Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence, where you will design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet our business requirements.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Salesforce development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Your Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other declarative tools.
* Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce solutions.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
* Provide high-level estimations for requirements with few details and document viable options.
* Collaborate with Product Owners and other team members to align on project goals and actively contribute to their successful realization.
* Generate and update technical documentation.
* Adhere to established software quality standards as defined by technical leadership.
* Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
Requirements:
* +3 years of development experience in Salesforce.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must.
* Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications are desired.
* Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
* Experience with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
* Experience in Agile methodologies.
* Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and ETL tools.
* Excellent communication skills with the capacity to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
