We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless system integration and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strong background in gathering and refining requirements, API design, data model mapping, and system integration, as well as experience with databases and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in system integration projects.
* Strong understanding of API design, data model mapping, and system integration principles.
* Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Bruno, Swagger) and Web services (JSON).
* Proficiency in databases, including DB2 SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation and artifacts.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies, preferably SCRUM.
Main Duties:
* Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
* Produce necessary artifacts during requirement refinement, such as user stories, process flows, and system diagrams.
* Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage system integration requirements, ensuring smooth communication and data flow between systems.
* Work on API design, including defining endpoints, payloads, and integration specifications.
* Perform data model mapping to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
* Conduct API testing to validate functionality and ensure compliance with requirements.
* Use databases such as DB2 SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for data analysis and validation.
