Junior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications
specializing in Java technologies. You will work in a multidisciplinary and international environment with cutting-edge technologies. In Agile environments, you will collaborate on the continuous improvement of development processes.In our teams, a Software Engineer applies scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. He/she is responsible for researching and acquiring knowledge in their technical discipline. They collaborate and act as team players with other software engineers and stakeholders.The Software Engineer builds skills and expertise in their software discipline to meet standard software engineer expectations, as defined in our internal Professional Communities.YOUR PROFILEThis is the entry level in Software Engineering with a foundational understanding of programming concepts, software design, and development principles. Candidates should work consistently with minimal supervision, producing accurate and reliable results. They should be eager to learn, ask questions when needed, and understand work processes. They should be aware of costs related to their work, organize their time effectively, and work cooperatively to achieve team goals. They should actively seek feedback and start managing their own career with support.Basic knowledge of Java:
experience with Java 8-17 (streams, interfaces...) and Spring frameworks.Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies such as Scrum.Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSP, SOAP, REST.
