We aren’t selling programmatic slots or data pixels; we are selling a revolutionary AI-native video production platform.We need a high-impact Hunter to bring Mito AI to the biggest names in the industry (WPP, Dentsu, Publicis) and strategic publishing partners (Criteo, Seedtag, GumGum). You will be responsible for closing high-value deals where Mito AI becomes the engine for their video ads, commercials, and branded content.Key Responsibilities (Full-Cycle Ownership)Strategic Agency Entry: Leverage your existing deep-level relationships at major holding companies and publishers to bypass gatekeepers and pitch directly to Creative Directors, Heads of Production, and Innovation Leads.Full-Cycle "Makers" Sales: You own the entire process—from initial outreach and "art of the possible" AI demos to negotiating master service agreements (MSAs) and closing the deal.Solution Selling: Consult with agencies on how to integrate Mito AI into their creative workflows (storyboarding, scene generation, and final video delivery) to produce high-end ads at the speed of thought.Direct Revenue Impact: This is a performance-heavy role. You will be expected to open new revenue streams by showing agencies how Mito AI reduces production friction while increasing creative output.About youCRITICAL: This is not a role for programmatic media sellers. We need specialists in Creative Production, AdTech, and Agency Partnerships.The Rolodex: You must have current, active relationships with decision-makers at WPP, Dentsu, Publicis, or similar, as well as publishing/AdTech powerhouses like Seedtag, Criteo, or GumGum.Full-Cycle DNA: You are a closer. You have a proven track record of managing the entire sales funnel—prospecting your own leads, running your own demos, and closing high-six-figure deals.Creative Fluency: You understand the video production lifecycle.
