Here at CORUS we are looking for a Data Engineering Analyst to join our team in an international project.
Location : Spain, hybrid (details to be confirmed).
Duration : Long-term project.
You will :
* Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes using Python and SQL.
* Design and implement scalable data solutions in Databricks and cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
* Ensure data integrity, security, and quality throughout the data lifecycle.
* Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
* Use Airflow to orchestrate workflows and automate data processes.
* Apply best practices in version control using GIT for code management and collaboration.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and analytical tools.
* Identify opportunities to improve data architecture, automate processes, and support advanced analytics.
* Document technical processes and share knowledge within the team.
You should have:
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
* +3 years of relevant working experience.
* Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
* Experience with GIT for version control and collaboration.
* Hands-on experience with Databricks for data engineering and analytics.
* Experience working with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
* Familiarity with Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
* Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL design, and data engineering best practices.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive team player with a collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
* Nice to have: Experience with Power BI reporting.
