As a CRM Manager you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing the CRM Strategy to increase customer lifetime value as well as optimising all Betway retention activities across sports and casino. The role will be responsible for growing the retention programme across multiple markets within the products – those being Spain, Mexico + Latin America. You will collaborate cross functionally with Trading, Country Management, Acquisition, Product, Creative and Technology teams to ensure strategy alignment. This role requires a good understanding of how to use technology and data to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating the efforts of the Betway CRM team from the onboarding process to the retention and promotional strategy
* Ensuring all promotions and communications are aligned
* Liaising with other key stakeholders to ensure our promotions are pushed across other channels
* Implementing personalisation strategies based on a data driven approach
* Identifying gaps and develop new processes and procedures to improve the CRM team
* Identifying new innovative opportunities and industry leading CRM strategies
* Building reports to evaluate team performance based on key KPIs for Senior Management
* Creating and managing the sports event calendar
* Building a close relationship with the Customer Support team to ensure all promotional and product queries are dealt with accurately
* Managing a team of CRM Executives across multiple locations
* Working directly with Casino product and other development teams to continue putting Spain at the forefront of their thinking
* Being accountable for ensuring the key touch points throughout a customers’ lifetime are optimal
* Working with the relevant compliance and product teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
* Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
* Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
* Minimum of 1 year’s management experience
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Self-motivated and results driven
* Proven experience creating and delivering promotional campaigns that increase revenue and improve customer retention
* Fluency in Spanish and English

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some the following skills:

* In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
* Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
* Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
* Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
* Experience working in the iGaming industry, particularly Spain
* Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe CDP
