We work across UX/UI Design, UX Writing, UX Research, and Service Design. /ppOur team brings together diverse backgrounds, cultures, seniorities and neurotypes, which creates a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. We work together, we learn from everyone’s uniqueness, and we focus on adding value for our users while working towards the company’s goals. /p pbThe skills you will need in your new role /b /ppYou'll collaborate daily with product managers, researchers, engineers, and QA in an agile environment to deliver user-centric solutions. You'll take part in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing and implementation ensuring accessible and seamless user experiences. The key skills required include: /pp • bTranslating product briefs into tangible artefacts: /bAbility to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and anything that can help the cross-functional team understand the user perspective and think a few steps ahead. /ppb• Strong UI and interaction design skills: /b Ability to design both static and dynamic components to enhance user engagement and usability. /pp • bResponsive design skills: /bExperience designing responsive web layouts across various screen sizes. App design experience is a plus. /pp• bKnowledge of Design Systems: /bFamiliarity with design systems, with the ability to contribute new components and maintain consistency across products. /pp• bProficiency in Figma: /b Expert in using Figma for design, prototyping, and design team collaboration. /pp• bAbility to translate research into actionable insights: /bSkilled in interpreting UX research and analytics to inform and refine design solutions. Ability to usability-test your own designs. /pp• bAdaptability: /b You know how to put the product and users above your own biases and be open to feedback and iterative design processes. /pp• bCollaboration: /bYou will work seamlessly with other designers and cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers.
