What are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic individual with initiative and excellent communication skills, who is goal-oriented and capable of engaging effectively with clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Contact potential clients to advise and close sales for various products (courses, accommodation, activities, etc.), considering their motivations, needs, and interests.
2. Gain extensive knowledge of all available products and services, tailoring them to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.
3. Provide all necessary information to clients, resolve doubts, and handle incidents arising during the sales process.
4. Proactively track customer requests and queries.
5. Ensure customer loyalty by fulfilling commitments regarding phases, deadlines, and service quality.
6. Process reservations, modifications, cancellations, and resolve related incidents.
7. Perform administrative tasks associated with the role.
Requirements
* High proficiency in English and German, with intermediate Spanish skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Active listening and empathy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Valuable experience in international (business or educational) environments
