Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for someone with intricate knowledge of industry trends and the digital landscape to help our internal sales teams build a pipeline based on companies you will prospect.
Purpose of the role:
The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high-potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across European markets.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, policy-compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.
You will be part of a dynamic, energetic, and highly-skilled New Business Sales Development team based in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
* Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
* Evaluate companies: assess potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
* Qualify companies: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are suitable for acquisition.
* Stay updated on industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
* Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan lead sourcing according to sales team needs.
* Deliver a set of leads based on quarterly targets.
* Provide weekly reports and analysis of work in a presentable format.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research.
* Minimum education: 2nd year college or higher.
* Proficiency in Arabic (Middle East) at native or advanced level.
* English proficiency at an advanced level.
* Intermediate spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Skills and attributes:
* Ability to work autonomously and report progress daily.
* Strategic thinking and awareness of market trends.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Comfort working with reports, databases, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
* Highly organized, able to work under pressure in a collaborative environment.
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to multitask.
