Entertainment Manager – Andalusia
Acttiv is seeking an Entertainment Manager to lead and coordinate entertaining activities in Andalusia, a region known for its vibrant culture and beautiful coasts.
Responsibilities
- Launch and manage daytime and evening activity programmes.
- Organise schedules for teams of 1-40 entertainers.
- Report entertainment activity data to Acttiv.
- Ensure compliance with Acttiv’s quality policy.
- Attend to the needs of your entertainers and provide support.
- Participate in trainings and internal meetings with other entertainment leaders.
- Monitor team time recording and conduct performance reviews.
- Engage in shows and interact with guests.
- Help build positive reviews to enhance the establishment’s online reputation.
Requirements
- At least one season of experience as head of entertainments.
- Good Spanish and English; additional languages such as French are welcome.
- Education related to tourist entertainment or tourism is valued.
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Availability from March – November 2026.
