This role ensures that global marketing strategies and campaigns are effectively implemented at property level while supporting hotel teams with local marketing inititives that drive visibility, demand, and revenue.The position requires strong coordination skills, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of hotel operations and local market dynamics.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Hotel Marketing Support Act as the main marketing contact for hotel teams, ensuring alignment between corporate marketing strategy and property-level execution. Support hotels in planning and implementing local marketing initiatives to drive demand and revenue. Provide guidance on brand standards, campaign implementation, and marketing best practices. Identify local opportunities (events, partnerships, activations) to enhance brand visibility and hotel performance.Campaign Execution Coordinate the rollout of global marketing campaigns across hotels. Ensure consistent implementation of campaigns, assets, and messaging at property level. Adapt global initiatives to local market needs when required.Coordination & Communication Work closely with internal teams including Brand, Digital, Content, CRM, and PR to ensure hotels receive the necessary support and materials. Maintain regular communication with hotel management teams (General Managers, Sales, and Operations) Act as a bridge between operational needs at hotel level and strategic marketing planning.Performance Monitoring Monitor the performance of Marketing initiatives at hotel level. Track KPIs such as campaign engagement, demand generation, and local market performance. Identify improvement opportunities and share insights with central marketing teams.Openings & Special Projetcs Support Marketing coordination for new hotel openings and major hotel inititives. Assits in the planning and execution of local events, activations, and partnerships.REQUIREMENTS + 5 years of experience in marketing operations, brand marketing or campaign Bachelor ́s degree in Marketing, Business Hospitality Management, or related field. Experience execution multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM. Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)NICE TO HAVE Experience in hotel groups, lifestyle hospitality brands, or travel industry. Multi-property or multi-market marketing management.
