About the job For our Automotive division in Azuqueca de Henares (SPAIN) we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join permanently our team.

\n

Reporting to the Azuqueca Supply Chain Manager the Warehouse Supervisor is mainly responsible for the availability of raw materials for the production at the right time and in the right amount. Stock keeping according with the company policy & procedures for material storage and respecting the stock level policy. The process has to be carefully calculated and based on solid forecasts to be able to work with a small stock.

The warehouse personnel and inventory must be managed and a constant flow of information between warehouse and production is essential.

\n

Reliable suppliers who deliver material of sufficient quality in time have to be included actively and communicated with in a positive but assertive way.

\n

What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?

\n

MRP calculations for purchasing material.

\n

Raw material stock management, both physical and in the system.

\n

Issuing of purchase orders.

\n

Defining and communicating purchase requirements.

\n

Weekly forecast to suppliers.

\n

Analysis of deliveries from suppliers.

\n

Analysis of deviation in inventory.

\n

Evaluation of supplier performance.

\n

Order claiming.

\n

Managing the warehouse team with focus on the KPIs.

\n

IEP project management.

\n

Meeting of requested delivery plan.

\n

Periodical and official physical stock inventories.

\n

Preparation of spare parts and accessories.

\n

Management of warehouse and finish goods distribution activities and staff.

\n

What we ask for

\n

Technical medium level degree or equivalent technical education.

\n

3-5 years of relevant experience in a industrial company;

\n

Must have knowledge of material and stock management as well as general knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory practices; thorough knowledge of all materials and parts.

\n

Must have ability to exactly analyse data in order to develop precise forecasts for suppliers and inventory management; root-cause- analysis thinking.

\n

Must have ability to prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory and corresponding reports and IT strong skills in office tools, industrial programs and MRP calculation systems.

\n

Must have ability to coordinate the team and establish good and strong relationships with the employees; align and develop individuals; motivation and coaching of team members.

\n

Must have ability to interact with external suppliers as well as with other departments within the company (Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Distribution, Quality) and negotiating between different departments/positions in order to achieve fair results for every party involved.

\n

Must have ability to work in a structured, systematic and rational way with a strong focus on problem solving; sense of urgency and reactivity; flexibility; proactivity; multitasking, to accept responsibility and to set priorities right; effective decision making and oversee the organization of the production and the plant as a whole to plan timelines and processes.

\n

Medium English level is required (mails and meetings).

\n
