Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical roles. Responsibilities include conducting technical role assessments, collaborating with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, maintaining a talent pipeline, scheduling interviews, and providing a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
* Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for technical positions
* Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects effectively
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus
* Familiarity with technology roles and skills is highly desirable
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
