We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who excels in both technical execution and communication. The ideal candidate should be familiar with software architecture and design patterns, committed to writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code, and improving software quality. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing the CI pipeline, contributing to test plans and automated tests. You will collaborate with a fully distributed, remote team, playing a key role in designing, optimizing, and developing AI-centric software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications.
2. Ensure software quality through automated testing and validation processes.
3. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
5. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and correctness.
6. Document implementations, testing, CI decisions, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages.
2. Experience with Typescript, Groovy, SQL, and React (preferred but not required).
3. Knowledge of software architecture (monolithic, event-driven) and design patterns.
4. Experience designing multi-tenant or SaaS applications.
5. Strong understanding of testing (TDD), validation, and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
8. Strong problem-solving skills.
