We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who will own and build EXUS's brand presence, awareness, and credibility across priority markets, ensuring EXUS is visible, trusted, and recognizable before any sales engagement.
Responsibilities
* Own EXUS brand positioning and narrative across all channels
* Lead brand awareness initiatives and campaigns
* Create and manage LinkedIn content strategy (company + leadership)
* Develop thought leadership content:
o Articles, interviews, PR pieces
o Videos, podcasts, and industry commentary
* Manage PR activities and external publications
* Position EXUS experts as industry thought leaders
* Drive employer branding initiatives:
o Cultural storytelling
o Talent attraction content
* Work closely with the Head of Marketing on campaigns and approvals
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Management, or any other related field. (A Master's degree would be considered a plus.)
* At least 5 years of experience in Marketing
* At least 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS
* Proven experience owning brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions
* Brand marketing experience
* Strong content and storytelling skills
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple initiatives in parallel
* Experience with LinkedIn and executive-level positioning
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts
* Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
* Employer branding experience is a plus
* Ability to balance creativity with strategic brand objectives
