**What you will do**
The job requires extensive trade marketing expertise to drive our indirect channel forward in a multibrand environment. Increasing our share of wallet and engagement will be one of the main KPI’s when designing and implementing a marketing and partner program.
The position will support sales managers and other internal stakeholders across Europe in markets that require new standard processes but with a modular approach to support the different levels of maturity and market positioning with our sales channels.
**How will you do it**
- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the **sales promotion budget **whilst measuring ROI.
- Plan and request **marketing assets **and tools and support the localization process in each market
- Create and implement **partner programs **for (in)direct partners (warranty, onboarding plan, POS material, merchandising, centralized programs, lead management, training, services, spare parts
- Improve **combined brand presence with distributors **and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
- Conceptualize and executing **trade promotions **and role out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected whilst generating **synergies **across Europe.
- Support the roll out of **brand exclusive **retail points
- Execute and control trade marketing budget per market and support local markets in the execution by distributor.
**What we look for**
**Required**
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- You have prior experience within Trade Marketing preferably in a B2B environment.
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Contract negotiation experience +2 years
- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.
- Planning & coordination skills, both long term & ad hoc
- Good balance between internal and external customer orientation
- Availability to travel
**Preferred**
- Fluency in Italian and/or additional European languages will be valued
