Le contexte
My client is an intelligent assistant that helps businesses organize events effortlessly, simplifying group bookings for bars and restaurants while helping partners grow their revenue and digital visibility. They are now looking for a Head of Sales Spain to own and scale their commercial strategy in Spain, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales organization. This is a key leadership role with strong ownership, impact, and visibility within the company.

ResponsibilitiesDriving Growth & Revenue Acquisition

- Define and execute a clear acquisition strategy (inbound & outbound)
- Develop deep knowledge of the local market: competition, pricing, legal constraints, product localization
- Build and maintain the Sales Playbook (pitch, ICPs, qualification, objection handling, closing)
- Adapt positioning and messaging to the Spanish market
- Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation
- Support the team on key deals through coaching, shadowing, and deal involvement

Monitoring & Sales Performance
- Design and deploy a robust KPI framework and reporting system
- Build dashboards to monitor pipeline, forecast, sales velocity, and performance
- Ensure high data quality and disciplined Salesforce usage
- Deliver reliable weekly forecasts to leadership
- Analyze performance and recommend strategic and operational improvements

Building a Scalable Sales Organization
- Define team structure, roles, targets, territories, and compensation plans
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ramp-up of Sales Reps
- Coach the team through regular 1:1s and performance reviews
- Foster a strong performance culture and continuous learning environment
- Implement scalable processes and document best practices
- Manage and align the external SDR agency with sales objectives
- Build strong team cohesion through rituals and initiatives

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the Spanish market internally
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations
- Lead local market adaptation projects
- Coordinate with Account Management on retention and expansion
- Contribute to the Product roadmap with field insights and customer feedback

Your Profile
- 6+ years of experience in B2 B Tech
- At least 3 years as an Individual Contributor in Sales
- At least 2 years in a management role (Team Lead, Head of Sales, Sales Manager, etc.)
- Fluent xcskxlj in English
- Experience in an international company expanding into Spain (strong plus if you held a leadership role during this phase)
- Strong data-driven mindset: you know your numbers and how to use them to drive performance
- Proven resilience and ability to perform in challenging environments
- Experience building or significantly improving a Sales Playbook
- Strong interest in Sales Ops (tools, processes, data), ideally with hands-on experience
- Demonstrated leadership, high standards, and managerial courage
- Strong expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Saa S KPIs
