The Gig
We are currently hiring a Regional Marketing Manager to oversee all our Campus Marketing activities globally.
You will collaborate with campus growth marketers to develop and implement marketing plans to achieve admissions and revenue goals at both campus and country levels.
This is a new position within Ironhack, reporting directly to our CMO Tom McCarty. It is a remote-friendly position, and you can be based anywhere in Spain or Portugal. This is a contractor role.
Responsibilities
* Guide campus growth marketers to develop and execute local marketing plans.
* Track and assess performance of campus marketing activities to identify successful strategies.
* Develop a playbook of marketing tactics and best practices for campuses.
* Create a company-wide campus marketing calendar to coordinate activities.
* Review campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed.
* Coordinate activities between global and campus marketing teams.
* Gather insights on students, competitors, campaign performance, and other relevant data.
* Serve as the liaison between campus marketing and the creative team.
* Assist Campus Growth Managers in daily operations.
* Work with Campus General Managers to evaluate marketing team performance.
* Define campus marketing goals and KPIs.
* Support overall marketing team objectives and programs.
* Collaborate closely with admission managers as needed.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a Regional Marketing Manager
* BA/BS or equivalent experience
* 2-3 years supervisory experience, preferably in a matrixed organization
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices
* Experience organizing local and regional events
* Outstanding communication and creative thinking skills
* Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools
* Experience with marketing software and tools
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Team player with good time-management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
