Our different tech development centers connect technology, analytics, and field expertise to enhance performance, reliability, and customer outcomes across large-scale technical services.We are currently looking for a Global Tech Project and Solution Manager to strengthen our international Cloud organization, based in Madrid.As part of this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating digital solutions that enable our operations centers worldwide. You will guide initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring solutions are scalable, aligned with business needs, and delivered efficiently across regions.Drive alignment between business stakeholders and digital product teamsPlan, coordinate, and monitor feature development across multiple countriesFacilitate requirement-gathering sessions and solution workshopsEnsure clear communication throughout the full lifecycle of digital initiativesTrack feature requests and priorities within a global portfolio frameworkManage interdependencies with xiphteb other enterprise digital platformsBackgroundDegree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a comparable disciplineAt least 5 years of experience managing digital projects or technology solutionsHands-on experience working with multidisciplinary and international teamsProfessional fluency in English;
