Job Summary
In this position, you will be part of Home Printing Solutions business team WW, with focus on Hardware and you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement Business plans, analyzing data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making, along with the "story behind the numbers".
Responsibilities
- Support business analysis, performance and processes. Main responsibility is to analyze complex data and business performance for HW to provide insights on all key business metrics and follow up on actions to support markets to deliver on financials commitments and market share goals, optimizing product mix.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and provide timely updates to leadership on quarter-end performance and contingency actions. High communication skills to provide executive updates on figures, insights, risks & opportunities.
- Lead contra and OPEX planning and monitoring activities, partnering closely with Finance and markets to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking aligned with business objectives.
- Active participation in S&OE; to anticipate supply gaps, action plans to mitigate and prioritize allocations.
- Review and analyze reports detailing performance leading indicators, sales trends, and other sales data-related analysis to assigned categories, providing insights and recommendations for short- and long-term planning and business actions.
- Participate in special projects and business analysis to identify opportunities to optimize business profitability at WW level and prepare management reviews or ad-hoc requests when required.
- Participate in projects related to product availability to optimize business performance per market and total WW business, working with Demand forecasting and supply chain teams.
- Participate in market research projects, gather intelligence on current industry, technology, and consumer trends, and summarize research findings tailored to business needs.
- Drive process improvements/governance to increase efficiency and effectiveness on business analysis, transforming process with the use of new AI capabilities.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Graduate in Business Administration or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in consumer goods or technology sectors.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong, demonstrated analytical thinking and analytical skills with knowledge of database management and excel modeling for advanced problem solving
- Demonstrates knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage data requests
- Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques
- Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
- Strong knowledge of Excel, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
- Able to see the big picture and have a firm grasp on the details
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for executives
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated strong teamwork skills
- Demonstrated track record for excellent English written and verbal communication skills
