Position Overview:
Fiery is seeking a Product Marketing Manager in Ratingen (Germany) / Barcelona (Spain) to lead the outbound marketing strategy for our Large Format and Specialty Production product portfolio. This strategic and hands-on role requires an experienced, results-driven marketing leader who can define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, develop compelling messaging, enable general channel sales, and drive customer awareness and product adoption across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-To-Market Leadership –
- Own and lead global GTM planning, coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact launches
- Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to key customer personas across various print markets
- Dealer & Channel Enablement – Develop sales enablement tools, partner kits, training decks, and campaigns to activate global reseller and OEM channels
- Content Strategy & Execution - Lead the creation of high-quality content across the customer journey
- Program & Campaign Execution - Plan and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns; Track performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign impact
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner with regional marketing, sales, support, and PLM teams to ensure message consistency and execution excellence
- Market Expertise & Positioning - Identify new market opportunities and drive strategies to expand Fiery’s reach and revenue in existing and emerging verticals
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience: 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience in technology, print, imaging, or software industries
Skills:
- 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience in technology, print, imaging, or software industries
- Proven success in leading product launches, developing value-based messaging, and driving sales enablement for technical products
- Experience marketing in wide format, digital textile, DTG/DTF, screen print, engraving, or signage industries is a strong plus
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills; able to influence and execute across departments and time zones
- Experience with OEM and dealer channels is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of marketing content and campaign work
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics tools
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
