All initiatives need to be aligned and validated with the businesses, trying to maximize shared value creation.The role will have 3 direct reports: a data analyst, a factories transition manager, and an environmental manager.- Define the vision and ambition of the Groups foundational elements.- Co-own the execution (together with group and businesses' teams) roadmap and act as the group PMO for the Companys group-wide foundational KPIs across six core areas (e.G., GHG, packaging, sourcing, water, waste, nature).- Develop and support the execution of a thorough supplier engagement program (where most of our impact lies).- Monitor external benchmarks, standards and best practices to inform strategy and execution.- Coordinate with sustainability data providers and external partners.The Successful Applicant- 2-5 years of experience in sustainability-related roles.- Strong project management and structuring skills - e.G., PMO, consulting toolkit.- Experience working with suppliers or value chain decarbonization programs.- Exposure to regenerative agriculture, packaging sustainability, or food industry.- Valuable experience in consulting and strategy companies.- Understanding of key standards.- Demonstrated ability to mobilize and influence operational teams (especially procurement or supply chain).- Strong communication and soft skills to align diverse internal stakeholders.- Proficiency in English;
