Responsibilities
* Personalized customer service, information, and reservation management for national and international clients.
* Advice and sales skills in car rentals.
Requirements
* Advanced level of Portuguese, English and Spanish (another language will be a plus: Italian, Greek, German, Russian, or French). A placement test is required.
* Experience in customer service. Kindness, patience, empathy, and flexibility are necessary skills for the position.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media.
