The Role
Buscamos un/a Computer Operator para entornos Mainframe (z/OS) que quiera impulsar su carrera gestionando y optimizando plataformas esenciales para el negocio. No buscamos experiencia previa, este puesto es para alguien que haya finalizado recientemente o hace pocos años un FP en informática. En este rol serás parte del equipo responsable de la operación, soporte y administración de sistemas z/OS, garantizando su estabilidad, rendimiento y disponibilidad. Se necesitará disponibilidad para cubrir turnos 24x7.
🌐 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
* Operar y monitorizar sistemas Mainframe en un entorno distribuido y multivendor.
* Ejecutar y controlar procesos batch conforme a los acuerdos de servicio establecidos.
* Realizar análisis de primer nivel ante incidencias, resolviendo o escalando según corresponda.
* Colaborar en la mejora de los procesos de gestión y soporte, alineados con las necesidades del cliente.
* Contribuir a mantener plataformas seguras, robustas y orientadas al alto rendimiento.
Como Computer Operator podrás crecer hacia áreas como automatización de procesos, administración avanzada de sistemas, gestión de servicios, o roles especializados en Mainframe.
Who You Are
Requisitos imprescindibles:
* Experiencia utilizando herramientas de scheduling, reporting y logging.
* Manejo de sistemas operativos (Windows o Mac).
* Experiencia previa o interés en trabajar con entornos Mainframe (z/OS).
* No necesitamos experiencia previa.
* Titulación de algún modulo de Grado Superior finalizada.
Experiencia técnica valorable:
* Conocimientos básicos de troubleshooting, análisis y resolución de incidencias.
* Experiencia en backup/recovery.
* Nociones de networking y conceptos fundamentales de redes.
