The ideal candidate will manage, configure, and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure, with a focus on Workplace technologies and VIP user support. This individual will assess and administer systems such as Microsoft 365, Intune, and SCCM to ensure performance, security, and user satisfaction. Leveraging their technical expertise, they will troubleshoot complex issues, support executive users in both Spanish and English, and contribute to continuous service improvement through documentation and proactive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide VIP user support in both Spanish and English
Escalate and appropriately route incidents to the relevant support teams
Identify undocumented issues and contribute to service documentation
Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Platform)
Manage users and devices using Intune (Endpoint Manager)
Deploy applications and image devices using SCCM
Technical Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in IT support
Solid knowledge of SCCM and Intune
Advanced user of Active Directory
Experience administering Office 365 environments
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MacOS operating systems
Experience supporting video conferencing systems
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills
High level of autonomy and problem-solving abilities

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 or 9:00 to 18:00
Salary: Fixed salary based on experience + on-call compensation + meal vouchers
