We are seeking a strategic, go-to-market, and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our construction products in the market.This role will be responsible for positioning and promoting our product effectively by defining messaging, understanding customer needs, developing go-to-market strategies, and equipping sales teams with the necessary tools to succeed. You will work cross-functionally with Global Product Managers, Sales, local marketing, and Digital teams to execute marketing strategies that differentiate our product and drive growth.Responsibilities include:
Regional customer requirements:
Understanding regional customer requirements and industry trends.Product strategy:
Define brand, pricing, and channels;
create competitive positioning and messaging.Go-to-market strategy and execution:
Define and implement GTM strategies for product launches and current range, collaborating with local teams to ensure success. Work closely with sales & operations to ensure competitive pricing aligned with market demands and margin goals.Benchmarking competitors:
Analyze product specifications to inform the global product management team, ensuring a correct regional roadmap.Marketing & demand generation:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand. Develop content and marketing assets, working closely with digital marketing.Support to sales teams:
Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, product guides, and training sessions.Qualifications:
