Our client is seeking an experienced Marine HVAC & Refrigeration Specialist to support a busy refit and maintenance workload over the coming 1–2 months. Based in Valencia, the successful candidate will work directly on a variety of yacht projects, providing specialist expertise across HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, and chilled water systems onboard luxury vessels. This is a hands-on contract position suited to someone who can quickly integrate into an active project environment, deliver high-quality technical solutions, and support a growing workload across multiple refit projects. Provide specialist technical expertise across marine HVAC and refrigeration systems Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system faults onboard yachts Support refit, upgrade, maintenance, and commissioning projects across multiple vessels Lead fault-finding, testing, and system optimisation activities Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, captains, and vessel representatives Maintain accurate reporting and technical documentation throughout project delivery Proven experience working with HVAC, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems Previous marine, yacht, shipyard, or offshore industry experience preferred Knowledge of chilled water systems, air handling units, and marine refrigeration equipment Relevant HVAC, refrigeration, or engineering qualifications English language proficiency Immediate contract opportunity ✔ Opportunity to work on yacht refit projects ✔ Potential for contract extension depending on project requirements
