The Service Sales Team in Madrid, Spain is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Service Sales Account Manager. In this independent role you will manage and grow relationships with our customers by promoting enterprise solutions and after‐sales service contracts. Your focus will be on both nurturing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring accurate contract set‐up and inventory tracking.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and performance monitoring.
Develop tailored service solutions and proposals to meet diverse customer needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and growth targets.
Build and execute account plans to meet financial objectives.
Collaborate closely with Field Service, Instrument Sales, and Service Sales teams.
Promote Agilent's Asset Management, Enterprise Solutions, and Multi‐Vendor Services to expand business.
Strengthen long‐term relationships with key customers and represent Agilent professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
Proven sales experience in Agilent's markets or enterprise services (software, IT).
Fluent in English is a plus.
Strong networking skills with the ability to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders.
Preferred:
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Analysis industry.
Personal qualities include strong problem‐solving/analytical skills, eagerness to learn about new software technology, instruments, applications, and consumables, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both within a team and autonomously.

Full‐time weekly schedule with the option to work remotely. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location; individual pay is based on work location and additional factors such as skills, experience, and education.
