Overview
You will work as part of the property management team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating with the Sales team and other external stakeholders.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong operational mindset to lead the execution of our marketing strategy, support customer acquisition initiatives and drive brand expansion efforts.
This role acts as the operational backbone of the marketing department, ensuring that strategic decisions are implemented with excellence, efficiency and consistency across all channels.
The ideal candidate is a creative yet highly structured professional with excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities and outstanding attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Daily management and coordination of the marketing team
* Execution and monitoring of the 360º marketing plan
* Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to oversee the monitoring and optimization of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Youtube, TikTok Ads), delivering regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
* Branding and brand oversight
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new brand initiatives and research industry trends and propose ideas to improve results.
Qualifications
* Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing (paid media, CRM, social media and offline marketing).
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
* Highly proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
* Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, flex living or lifestyle brands is a plus.
