* Someone who can work in different areas of Communications
* With a keen interest and understanding of social media and digital communications best practices
* Ability to take an idea, make it big and amplify it across all touchpoints.
* Leadership skills and teamwork qualities to partner successfully with existing team and to guide and mentor young creatives
* Good motivation for him / her and a good motivator for the rest of the team

Responsibilities
* Leading the creativity of the Agency
* Together with the Managing Director define the vision and positioning of the Agency
* Attract to the Agency the best people in the market
