Qualifications
More than 10 years of experience as NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN.
Experience with radio equipment from Nokia and Ericsson in the above technologies.
Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service and RAN network management.
Solid knowledge of support processes for Telefónica in the RAN Mobile Access area.
Knowledge of RAN protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc.
Analytical, troubleshooting, and solution proposal skills.
Functions
Management of N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints, and execution of BTPs.
Proposal of corrective actions for recurring problems.
NOC team management and quality analysis.
Tools
Systems for activity and job reception, incident management, and BTPs:
iGRIN
Network Elements Management Systems:
proprietary systems of RAN manufacturers involved
Network and Fault Management Systems:
