European International School of Barcelona is looking for a passionate and dedicated Psychologist specialised in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational and clinical psychology, as well as experience working with students with neurodevelopmental needs.

We are located in Sant Cugat del Vallès, just 15 km from the centre of Barcelona. EISB is surrounded by the 8,465-hectare Collserola Natural Park, on a 14,000 m2 plot with 10,503 m2 of constructed spaces for classrooms, laboratories, dining rooms, a library, auditorium, a gymnasium, two swimming pools and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose and support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental profiles.
* Design, implement and monitor individual intervention plans adapted to each student's needs.
* Provide guidance and support to teachers in inclusive educational practices and classroom strategies.
* Work closely with families, offering counselling, follow-up and guidance.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and school staff to ensure comprehensive student support.
* Participate in meetings, case discussions and school initiatives related to inclusion and wellbeing.
* Contribute to the development of inclusive policies and intervention protocols within the school.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
* Specialisation in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or neurodevelopmental disorders.
* Ideally two years of previous experience in similar positions (educational or clinical settings).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
* Catalan language skills will be considered an asset.
* A valid work permit to work in Spain.
* Ability to use assessment tools and technology effectively.
