Job Description
- Assist customers with bag and luggage handling in a luxury hotel setting.
- Load, unload, and push heavy objects or luggage as required.
- Maintain a courteous and professional interaction with guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Secondary education.
- Experience in customer service for luxury clients.
- Fluent English (other languages are a plus).
- Ability to lift or push heavy luggage and equipment.
- Strong communication skills for appropriate interaction with guests and staff.
- Versátil schedule.
- Valid driving license.
- Active and aware of local events in the city and surrounding area.
- Certification of disability exceeding 33% is considered an advantage.
