We need an Integration & Production Support Specialist with deep technical knowledge and a proven track record in enterprise integration and system stability — ideally within HRIS environments such as Oracle HCM Cloud.
Job Responsibilities
* 5+ years in integration and technical support, ideally in HRIS environments.
* Proven experience in data integration and ETL design.
* Hands‑on with OIC or Boomi; knowledge of Oracle HCM integrations is a strong plus.
* Background in production support and operational stability in enterprise systems.
* Experience with automation tools and monitoring platforms.
* Knowledge of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) practices.
* Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
* English and Spanish fluent.
* Define the data migration strategy and design ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load).
* Collaborate with local IT and application owners on migration execution.
* Design, develop, and test integration flows between Oracle HCM and third‑party systems (payroll, talent management, etc.).
* Use Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Boomi; expertise in at least one required.
* Ensure performance, reliability, and monitoring of integration flows.
* Provide production support: incident, problem, and change management.
* Implement automation (e.g., Autosys, PowerShell) and monitoring solutions (e.g., Dynatrace).
* Support DR/BCP, capacity planning, and asset management.
* Create technical documentation and mentor local support teams.
