We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Reliability Support Engineer to join our B2B SaaS company and resolve platform issues efficiently. Our team of around 100 employees is mainly based in Malaga, Spain, with incorporation in the US and EU (registered in Delaware). While our Development team is based in Malaga, remote work from home or other cities is encouraged.
What is Plytix? Plytix PIM (Product Information Management) is a SaaS platform that helps our customers manage their product data, serving as their single source of truth. Customers can collaborate on products, send data to e-commerce shops, create catalogs, and more. Development Team

What will you be doing?
* Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, responding promptly to incidents.
* Implement automation strategies for manual tasks.
* Check logs and alerts.
* Develop integrations between software solutions like Hubspot/Asana and create scripts to fix or mitigate issues.
* Ensure SLAs are met.
Training and Growth
After 1 month, you'll familiarize yourself with our tools and processes, and start contributing with small tasks. Mentorship from engineers and support teammates will guide you.
By 3 months, you'll understand our product deeply, diagnose issues using logs and monitoring tools, propose automations, and document common issues.
At 6 months, you'll be fully integrated, autonomous, and collaborating across departments to improve our system and support quality.
Who will you work with? You'll collaborate with the Support manager on incident investigations, and with Customer Success and Development teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* 2+ years in similar roles.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good programming skills, especially in Python.
* Understanding of web service metrics and logs.
Technical Skills (Nice to Have):
* Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, Elastic, Grafana/Prometheus, Redis, RabbitMQ, AWS, Kubernetes, Kong, Hubspot/Asana.
