How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Mission Summary:
* Support in the development and execution of cluster & local HR initiatives.
* Support on the transformation HR Projects
* Support on the HR Campaigns (performance process, goals setting, compensation processes, learning and development and talent management processes)
* Review and update job descriptions
* Build reports to follow the HR activity (KPIs)
* Ensure yearly plans are adapted to strategy.
* Support Employee Experience Campaigns: on‑boarding yearly events, diversity
* Recruitment of trainees and non M&P (identification, interview, offer, contract generation…) and local support for M&P recruitment
* Follow‑up of on‑boarding of new employees
* Support and Follow‑up of the bonus and merit campaign + other salary increases
