At AluaSun Oasis Park and AluaSun Lago Park Apartments, hospitality is personal and deeply connected to place. These properties are located in one of the most beautiful areas of northern Menorca.
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the two apartment complexes into their next phase: someone who inspires teams, enhances guest experiences, and embodies Hyatt's culture of care every day.
The role:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of operations for both apartment complexes (AluaSun Oasis Park and AluaSun Lago Park), located in northern Menorca.
You will lead two all-inclusive properties, with 370 rooms and a team of 150 employees, in a strategic project that includes a planned rebranding and renovation by 2027, ensuring excellence in service, profitability, and adherence to Hyatt standards.
Your impact:
- Lead the daily operations of two properties.
- Drive strategic alignment and ensure the profitability of the cluster.
- Prepare and lead the rebranding and renovation process.
- Act as the primary liaison with international tour operators, property owners, and Hyatt headquarters.
- Develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Ensure adherence to brand and operational standards.
- Manage change and lead transformation initiatives.

Who are we looking for?
- 3-5 years of experience in senior management roles (preferably across multiple properties).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and change management.
- University degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Ability to lead teams and manage transformation environments.
- Willingness to relocate and reside full-time in Menorca, Spain.
- High integrity and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and guest experience.
