Job Description Summary
The Business Analyst is responsible for the management and analysis of data and information relating to the business performance of the relevant products, customers and tendencies, carrying out business intelligence analyses, making forecasts relating to the medium‑long term trend of our product portfolio and identifying and monitoring KPI's (key performance indicators), relating to the efficiency of our commercial network in strategic support of the business and management decision‑making activities.

Responsibilities and key activities for the role include the following:
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business efficiency and business opportunities.
* Develop reports and analytics to track progress against critical metrics and identify areas for improvement.
* Communicates effectively with internal interested parties and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
* Stays up to date with industry trends and standard processes in analytics management.
* Contributes to continuous improvement efforts by finding opportunities for automation, standardization, and process streamlining.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, analytics, or a related field.
* Experience in business analytics, preferably in a medical device environment.
* Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with fluency in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with experience using various software tools for data visualization and reporting.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
* Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Salary Range
30,000 € – 35,000 € (additional information: €28,600.00 – €51,500.00 EUR Annual).
