Negotiate commercial agreements (primarily public concession and lease agreements), coordinate with external counsel, and monitor and interpret regulatory developments to ensure business alignment and risk mitigation. Manage corporate governance matters, including the preparation and maintenance of board and shareholder resolutions across group entities. /lilibLicensing Regulatory Support: /b obtaining and manage the company’s portfolio of operating licenses and registrations in different jurisdictions, acting as point of contact with regulatory authorities where required. /lilibGovernance Transformation /b— Provide clear, practical, and solution-oriented legal advice to support new products, strategic projects, and market entries.
