McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries.
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Málaga Designer Outlet team. Based on‑site at the centre, you’ll support the development and delivery of local marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including creating engaging social media content and helping coordinate promotional events.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and is eager to grow their marketing expertise.
Please note this is a fixed term contract until 31 st December 2026.
What you'll be doing...
In this role, you’ll support the Marketing team in delivering the annual marketing plan by helping coordinate key campaigns, creating and editing content for social media, the website and CRM, and producing platform‑specific assets for paid media channels such as Meta, TikTok and Google. You’ll assist with on‑site content shoots, update the website in multiple languages, prepare CRM newsletter content, liaise with tenants on digital activities, and support brand communication for promotions and seasonal campaigns across the centre.

To be successful you’ll bring...
- A strong interest in social media, digital trends and content creation.
- Basic skills in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Great attention to detail and a good eye for visual aesthetics, especially in fashion, lifestyle, or design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a collaborative mindset.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is desirable
