**Location**: United Arab Emirates (Dubai / Abu Dhabi preferred)

We are looking for a commercially minded professional to represent our firm in the UAE energy and industrial ecosystem. This role is highly external-facing.
You will attend industry events, conferences and meetings, build relationships with senior professionals, identify commercial opportunities and actively move conversations forward, from first contact to deal closure.
This is **not a junior or SDR role**. We are looking for someone comfortable operating independently, reading the room and engaging with senior stakeholders in a credible way.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking settings
- Maintain conversations with decision-makers (MDs, Commercial Directors, BD leads, EPCs, OFS firms)
- Conduct follow-up meetings and progress conversations toward commercial agreements
- Act as a trusted commercial presence on the ground in the UAE
You will have a member dedicated to create business opportunities through Linkedin and other networks for you. While you can, there's no need to create deals from zero since you will have support in connecting with our ICP.
It's important that you meet most of this qualifications:
- **6+ years of experience** in business development, commercial roles or sales within the Energy (preferible Oil & Gas) sector.
- Strong ability to network naturally and build senior-level relationships
- Proven ability to close deals, not just open conversations
- Excellent spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)
- In the UAE with a valid visa
- **High level of autonomy and trust**
To start we are looking for a Versátil part-time structure (approx. 20 hours per week) for a fixed salary plus a non capped commission on closed deals
