Branch Manager – Roma Termini

Responsibilities
- Organize team schedules to ensure proper customer service.
- Ensure correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.).
- Control operating costs to achieve targets.
- Enhance cross‑selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) personally and encourage the team to get them.
- Assist customers in operational management (considered one more person in the office when organizing schedules).
- Ensure a good atmosphere and work environment among employees, enable their professional development and level of commitment.
- Report to management on operation, results, incidents and receive necessary guidelines.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car business.
- Experience as coordinator of another operator will be valued.
- Knowledge of the field to understand operation details: vehicle incidents, cross‑selling system, etc. Commercial vocation and customer orientation.
- Advanced level of Office Automation.
- Fluent English; other languages will be valued.
