Our vision for our future Legal/Privacy Operations Specialist will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customer receive the best possible experience. As the Legal/Privacy Operations Specialist, you will be working with a truly dynamic team. The idóneo candidate will work closely with our Customer Service team /privacy and legal team to improve our internal processes and providing valuable feedback on product performance to perform the following duties:
- Play a key role GDPR compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust.
- Act as “voice of the customer”, work with product and Business Growth team.
- Proactively flag lacks of efficiency, providing upward feedback communicating regularly with supervisors and managers.
- Handle and reply to data subject requests in a timely manner as the first line support and provide an analytical report to Head of Customer Service and Chief Privacy Officer.
- Work closely with privacy team to improve processes so that customers can execute their data subject rights.
- Provision and development of data protection training, including training materials, for specific business units as required.

Requisitos:
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer experience/operations role, legal or data protection projects are preferred.
- Proficient in office software applications, Word and Excel.
- General knowledge on GDPR especially related to data subjects’ rights handling and/or CIPP/E certification is a huge advantage.
Formación:
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
Idiomas:
- Fluent in English.
- An additional European language is highly valued (preferably French, German or Spanish).
