The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of major High Voltage infrastructure and renewable energy projects across Australia. This is your chance to be at the forefront of some of the country’s largest and most complex energy and infrastructure developments, playing a critical role in powering Australia’s future. As a key leader on site, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and broader project teams to drive successful project outcomes, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. At CPP, we invest in our people - our Site Managers are supported through a structured leadership development program, designed to strengthen your capability, expand your career pathways, and set you up for long-term success Responsibilities Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, including supervision of workers, subcontractors, and site personnel Drive successful delivery of project scope in line with schedule, budget, and quality expectations Support project management in planning, cost control, and progress tracking Ensure all works meet quality assurance standards and compliance requirements Participate in project progress, stakeholder, and close-out meetings Coordinate and manage network outage applications to enable scheduled works Skills And Experiences About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Cert 3 in Transmission Lines Previous Site Management and Linesworker experience Proven delivery experience in completing construction scopes within a project environment Demonstrated ability in leading a team and overseeing site works Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage site personnel Knowledge and experience in safety supervision Be rewarded at CPP.
