EMEA Senior Finance Analyst

The role will focus on two main priorities, the first one will be to coordinate the consolidation and lead stronger analytics of the current business financials for several divisions (Managed Services, Digital Services and Lifecycle Services) while the second part will be focusing on driving the financial processes improvement, collaboration across teams and leading an efficient setup across all divisions.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional who understands complex business models, needs well rounded business finance experience and strong data and quantitative analysis. A solid proven project management record will be a key success factor in the role. Consolidating & distilling complex financial interdependencies into digestible, explainable, and actionable outcomes will be key to success in this role. The candidate's critical thinking, judgement and influencing will be important in the role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and consolidate all financial processes related to HP Services (Flash, MEC, Budget / Quota)
- Provide consolidated analytics, reviews, narratives, and bridges in collaboration with the Current business analysts.
- Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within the broadest scope.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.
- Drive audit of existing setup, provide recommendations and implement the management of change for any financial processes which will be identified as opportunity.
- Be proactive in driving the change and provide leadership team with areas of improvement.
Education and Experience Required
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
- Typically, 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
- Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.
