**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Club Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- ** Membership Management**: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, ensuring excellent customer service.
- ** Staff Supervision**: Recruit, train, and manage a team of coaches, trainers, and administrative personnel.
- ** Financial Management**: Prepare and manage budgets, track revenue and expenses, and develop strategies to increase profitability.
- ** Event Coordination**: Organize sports events, tournaments, and promotional activities to engage the local community.
- ** Facility Maintenance**: Ensure that all club facilities, equipment, and amenities are well-maintained and comply with safety regulations.
- ** Marketing & Promotion**: Develop marketing campaigns to promote the club’s activities and services through digital and traditional media.
- ** Member Engagement**: Foster a welcoming and inclusive club environment to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sports club management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and community engagement.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to sports facilities.
