We are currently looking for a Alliance & Sales Manager to join Noucor’s Commercial Team.
The Alliance & Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value and commercial performance of Noucor’s product portfolio through strategic partner management, cross-functional coordination, and sales performance follow-up.
Responsibilities
* Create and maintain trusted, valuable and long-term relationships with licensees and clients, ensuring partnerships achieve their objectives efficiently and effectively.
* Act as the main point of contact for key partners, leading alliance governance activities and coordinating cross-functional teams across Business Development, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations.
* Follow up clients’ purchases, sales performance and forecasts, understanding market dynamics and ensuring sales objectives are achieved according to business plans.
* Monitor, analyze and manage scorecards, KPIs and portfolio performance indicators to identify risks, opportunities and support business decisions.
* Proactively manage contractual commitments, resolve issues and ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership activities.
Requirements
* Strong relationship management and communication skills.
* Commercial mindset with analytical capabilities.
* Experience in pharmaceutical partnerships or alliance management.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in an international environment.Strong ownership mindset and results orientation.
* Fluent in English. Additional languages are considered a plus.
* Technical/Scientific and/or international business background
* 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector and/or in a similar position
