The role supports the shift from B2B to B2C by driving customer connections and conversions to reduced-risk products within the newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO).
Purpose of the Job: Manage the field deployment of brand engagement activities to build IQOS as a relevant brand, generate word-of-mouth among the Valencian Community and Murcia, and nurture brand love across 4 experiential channels: Owned Events, Festivals, Brand Retail, and HORECA. Lead the Brand Engagement strategy and action plan for the Valencian Community and Murcia, position IQOS among top communities, and engage with City Community Leaders. The role also covers the multicategory portfolio (including VEEV and ZYN) with integrated strategy and execution when IQOS is present.
Accountabilities include deploying brand experiences in Valencian Community and Murcia in line with the brand activation calendar, organizing projects to engage and convert adult smokers to IQOS, coordinating a team of brand ambassadors, and driving retail activations to increase footfall and Tier 2 awareness. The role involves developing and deploying physical engagement programs at territory level and supervising a team of Specialists who deploy events, activate brand networks, and interact with stakeholders in line with PMI policies, serving as brand ambassadors in the territory.
Note: The position is aligned to PMI policy and may interact with GRO (GO) as required.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for all brand engagement activities deployed in Valencian Community and Murcia; negotiate and identify strategic opportunities to maximize investments; collaborate on brand ecosystem for execution; provide clear accountability to team; ensure excellence in execution.
* Manage a team that contributes to the Brand Positioning strategy in the territory, seeking new opportunities and collaborators who can build brand equity and trust (e.g., art & design territory, music & gastronomy).
* Create an engagement strategy to position the IQOS brand among top communities by engaging City Community Leaders and word-of-mouth generators.
* Be the main contact point for omnichannel opportunities in the territory, ensuring Brand Activation integration under the Brand Positioning strategy, especially for Direct Retail (Boutiques), Indirect Retail (synergies to maximize business results), and IQOS CLUB.
