Role OverviewThe Commercial Director will be responsible for leading and expanding the company's sales activities in Italy while managing a team of remote Sales Agents who sell the company's digital technologies online.This is a fully remote leadership role suited for a talented sales leader with experience in selling technology or digital solutions and with a proven track record of leading distributed teams.We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious leader who thrives in fast-growing international environments and is eager to contribute to building a high-performance sales organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the company's sales activities in the Italian marketRecruit, train, and manage a team of remote Sales AgentsDefine and execute the national sales strategy aligned with global company objectivesDrive revenue growth and ensure sales targets are achievedMonitor performance metrics and continuously optimize the sales processCoach and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and resultsCollaborate with international leadership, marketing, and product teamsIdentify new market opportunities and potential strategic partnerships in ItalyFoster a strong, performance-driven sales culture within a remote environment
